Lights, Camera, Learning! classes have been taught at various schools, community centers and after-school programs in Northwest Louisiana since 2005. During the Spring of 2007, The Robinson Film Center designed and pilot-tested a standardized student filmmaking curriculum at Booker T. Washington High School in Shreveport with the support of the Louisiana Division of the Arts and the Charles T. Beaird Foundation.  Students enrolled in Booker T. Washington’s Telecommunications Magnet program were the first to experience the resulting curriculum, which is currently being used as a template for all educational experiences taught by The Robinson Film Center.
